Our policy is to make it right regardless of if you broke something or we missed something in QA. What does that mean? If it's not covered under our warranty (below) we aim to provide a fair priced replacement if something is broken or needs repair.
General Warranty on Physical Products
Portland CNC warranties it's products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 365 days from the date of original purchase. Portland CNC agrees to at our discretion repair or replace products in whole or part supplied by Portland CNC which proves to be defective in materials or workmanship.
This warranty is limited to defects arising from normal usages and does not cover any malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification or repairs by other manufacturers.
Any item repaired or replaced under warranty will only be covered for the remainder of the original item's warranty. A replacement item does not reset the warranty coverage date.
