Do you cut MDF or HDF?

Unfortunately, we don’t cut MDF, HDF, or similar materials. The short answer is that we value our health. It’s really¹ hazardous², stuff³. In most cases, there is a healthy alternative.

Here are our commonly used material examples.

Some alternatives:

• Solid wood layups like Poplar.
• Perfect Plank - solid wood options
• Ecoboard - or wheatboard, formaldehyde-free.
• Polystyrene Foam - For prototype models
