You should get an immediate auto-receipt response on RFQ's or messages through our helpdesk.
We typically reply within a few hours - check your spam for an @portlandcnc.com email from us, sometimes that happens. If it's been longer than 48 hrs (business days), try to hit us up on the backup form something has gone seriously wrong!
